Welcome to Kindred. These Terms govern your use of the Kindred platform ("Kindred", "we", "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use Kindred. By using the platform you represent that the information you provide is accurate and current.
2. Public beta
Kindred is offered as a public beta. Features may change, be added, or removed without notice. We provide the service "as is" during beta and may temporarily suspend access for maintenance.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. Harassment, impersonation, fake profiles, spam, illegal activity, and any content that endangers the safety of others are prohibited and may result in suspension or removal.
5. Identity verification
Some features require identity verification. By submitting verification materials you grant us a limited license to use them solely to verify your identity. We retain them only as long as needed for trust and safety, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. User content
You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant Kindred a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and share that content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to other members.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Kindred facilitates introductions but does not guarantee outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kindred is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email before they take effect.
